Terms & conditions

These terms govern the contractual relationship between Reflex Rent Boulogne (2 Avenue de la Porte de Saint-Cloud, 75016 Paris, France) and any customer renting a vehicle.

1. Rental conditions

Each rental requires presentation of a valid B-class driving licence held for at least 3 years, an ID and proof of address less than 3 months old. For supercars, verified driving experience is required. ReflexRent reserves the right to decline a rental without justification.

2. Deposit and insurance

A security deposit is required at pickup (€1,500 to €25,000 depending on the vehicle). Credit card hold or wire transfer. Released within 48h after damage-free vehicle return. Full comprehensive insurance with 24/7 assistance included. Optional deductible reduction available.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are in euros, all taxes included. Full payment is required upon reservation confirmation. Any extension requires an amendment. Late returns incur a daily surcharge.

4. Usage restrictions

Vehicles may not be used on a track, in competition, for paid transport of persons or goods, or for illegal activities. Exit outside the EU requires prior written authorisation.

5. Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 48h before pickup. Between 48h and 24h: 50% of the amount withheld. Less than 24h or no-show: 100% of the amount withheld. Proven force majeure: full refund.

6. Disputes and jurisdiction

In case of dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing that, the Paris Commercial Court has sole jurisdiction. French law applies.
